A physician led program dedicated to delivering nuanced, compassionate palliative and supportive medical care at home. ValiseMD® integrates clinical excellence with personal dignity, emphasizing thoughtful medicine for serious illness, especially after acute hospitalization.

><CUSP> is an infrastructure for transparent, iterative, and reflective clinical reasoning. It helps clinicians capture diagnostic narratives, evidence paths, and uncertainty in structured, auditable formats to promote accountability and reduce cognitive bias. ><CUSP> improves communication across handoffs and care transitions, especially for patients with serious or complex illness. It addresses breakdowns commonly seen in discharge summaries by reducing ambiguity, clarifying diagnostic intent, and helping maintain continuity and momentum in clinical decision-making.
